This is my third time staying at Villa 17, and I'm very happy to see that the villa remains clean and well-maintained. Looking at the details in the room, I can tell they've also done some renovations. We stayed for two days this time, and on the morning of the second day, we saw that their cleaning team did a very professional job, making the room spotless and tidy! They also gave us a wonderful surprise – at check-out, they presented us with local Chiang Mai products. We truly felt they were very warm-hearted, with excellent service and great attention to every detail. On the day we checked out, we left some items in the room, and they informed us within just 5 minutes! We sincerely recommend their services and facilities to anyone considering a stay. Special thanks to Ms. Nina and Ms. Nok for all the wonderful service they provided!
직원들 너무 친절하시고 객실도 깨끗하고 너무 좋았어요 ! 프라이빗한 수영장도 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었고, 튜브도 깜빡했는데 가져다주시고 ~ 물이며 웰컴푸드며 너무 맛있게 잘 먹고 잘 놀다 왔습니다. 대가족이 함께하기 너무 좋은 숙소였어요 !

The villa is perfect for family and friend. All 5 big rooms got their own bathroom with shower. Also 2 separate toilet in both living room. everything is clean. Cleaner come everyday, even the swimming pool. The bed is comfy, i even got better sleep than at home. The kitchen is well equiped. We can cook our breakfast and midnight meal. Air conditioning is strong for the hot weather. Walking distance to a few local thai resturants, cafe, toast shop, 711 & Central Festival shopping mall. Big thanks to Zenzen Villa team for providing the warm and friendly service which makes us love this place even more. They provide pick up and drop off service. They even bought us breakfast (yummy buns), fruits or dessert everyday! ♡ I will definitely book again and recommend to all my friends :)
We are a family with young children and stayed 5 nights at Zenzen. Our stay was perfect! :) the place was clean and tidy. Any facilities we require was already provided. Staff will come over to clean the house every afternoon when we are away and they even brought sweet surprises every morning 🥹 - like mango sticky rice, moo ping etc. There is even a kids pool and adult pool and our kids loved the kids pool so much :)

เป็นวิลล่าที่ยอดเยียม บ้านหลังใหญ่และใหม่มาก ห้องครัวมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน และมีเครื่องซักผ้า มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ตั้งอยู่ทำเลที่สะดวก บริเวณใกล้เคียงมี 7/11 ร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ KFC ร้ายขายยา ฯลฯ มี Wi-Fi ใช้งานได้ดี เจ้าหน้าที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ถ้ามาเชียงใหม่จะกลับมาพักอีกครั้งอย่างแน่นอน
這次帶家人來清邁度假，真的非常滿意、印象深刻。 別墅非常漂亮、乾淨，而且是全新的，設計感十足，距離 Central Festival 很近，交通相當方便。最大的亮點是 玻璃牆泳池，看起來高級又時尚，怎麼拍照都好看。小朋友特別喜歡房間裡有 溜滑梯的床，玩得非常開心。別墅周圍還有一個小巧可愛的花園，環境很舒服，真的很適合全家一起來放鬆休息。 別墅內有方便的停車位，KTV房設備齊全。工作人員都非常親切，從入住開始就細心照顧我們。老闆也很友善、好相處，還特別請管家準備迎賓水果，從入住第一天就讓人感覺很溫暖。 整體來說，無論是環境、地點還是服務都讓人非常滿意，是一間 物超所值、令人難忘的泳池別墅。 下次再來清邁，一定會再選擇入住這裡。
